The Sapling.

The Sapling is our middle-sized A-frame, offering 1 bedroom (king)/1 full bathroom, a private sleeping loft with twin beds, a full kitchen, and high-capacity laundry. Connected to the Acorn by a shared enclosed loggia, it can be enjoyed as a private retreat or paired with its neighbor for larger groups desiring a cohesive unit.

    • Scale: Our middle-sized residence, spanning two levels.

    • Accommodations: 1 Bedroom (king)/1 Bathroom + Sleeping Loft

    • Climate: Multi-zone split A/C and heating systems with independent remotes.

    • Connectivity: Dedicated SVEC Fiber Wi-Fi, stabilized for high-bandwidth remote work.

    • Soaker Tub: The full bathroom features a deep tub for a refined soak.

    • The Culinary Suite: A full kitchen equipped with professional finishes, a dishwasher, and instant hot water.

    • Entertainment: A television with integrated YouTube TV for seamless streaming

    • Full-Scale Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer featuring steam-option capabilities.

    • Main Level: Open-concept living and dining with architectural French doors that lead directly to the farm landscape. This level features a private king bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry suite, and a seating area.

    • The Loggia: Access an enclosed shared loggia and open porch featuring rocking chairs.

    • The Loft: An intimate sleeping area featuring 2 twin beds tucked into the A-frame peak.

      Note: Access to the loft is via narrow steps. While they are sturdy and functional, they are more narrow than standard stairs. They may not be suitable for all guests.

    • Rate: $275 per night

    • Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

    • All-Inclusive Transparency: Your rate is fully inclusive of all cleaning fees and the 14.75% sales and occupancy tax.
