The A-Frames

Situated fifteen minutes from the gates of The University of the South, experience recently built A-frame living appointed with high-end furniture, full-scale amenities, and high-speed fiber connectivity. Whether you’re exploring our private trail, relaxing in a hammock, or gathering by the fire pit, you are invited to immerse yourself in the rhythm of our farm.

The Oak.

The Oak is our flagship residency, a three-story A-frame. This spacious mountain outpost features 2 bedrooms (king and queen)/2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and high-capacity laundry. It is a curated mountain home prioritizing both comfort and function, featuring a private back porch that leads directly to our forest trail.

The Sapling.

The Sapling is our middle-sized A-frame, offering 1 bedroom (king)/1 full bathroom, a private sleeping loft with twin beds, a full kitchen, and high-capacity laundry. Connected to the Acorn by a shared enclosed loggia, it can be enjoyed as a private retreat or paired with its neighbor for larger groups desiring a cohesive unit.

The Acorn.

The Acorn is our most intimate residence studio, featuring a daybed (double)/1 full bathroom, a unique reading loft with a wall-mounted ladder, and a full kitchen. Connected to the Sapling by an enclosed community loggia, it serves as a perfect cozy retreat or a cohesive second unit for those staying at the Sapling.
