The Acorn is our most intimate residence studio, featuring a daybed (Double)/1 full bathroom, a unique reading loft with a wall-mounted ladder, and a full kitchen. Connected to the Sapling by an enclosed community loggia, it serves as a perfect cozy retreat or a cohesive second unit for those staying at the Sapling.

    • Accommodations: 1 Studio (Double)/1 Bathroom

    • Climate: Individual split A/C and heating system with remote control.

    • Connectivity: Dedicated SVEC Fiber Wi-Fi, stabilized for high-bandwidth remote work.

    • Studio Bath: A clean, modern bathroom featuring a custom shower.

    • The Culinary Suite: A functional kitchen equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and oven. This unit does not include a dishwasher.

    • Entertainment: A television with integrated YouTube TV for seamless streaming.

    • Main Level: A bright, studio-style living space featuring a daybed (Double), a full bathroom (shower only), and a kitchen.

    • The Loggia: Access our enclosed community loggia and porch.

    • The Loft: An intimate reading area featuring a double bed tucked into the peak of the A-frame.

      Note: Access to the loft is via a wall-mounted ladder. While secured to the wall, the ladder can be pulled outward to create a more comfortable angle for climbing. This may not be suitable for all guests.

    • Rate: $160 per night

    • Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

    • All-Inclusive Transparency: Your rate is fully inclusive of all cleaning fees and the 14.75% sales and occupancy tax.

    • Extended Stays: For those seeking a longer residency on the plateau, please inquire for tailored weekly rates.
