The Oak.

The Oak is our flagship residency, a three-story A-frame. This spacious mountain outpost features 2 bedrooms (king and queen)/2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and high-capacity laundry. It is a curated mountain home prioritizing both comfort and function, featuring a private back porch that leads directly to our forest trail.

    • Scale: Our largest A-frame, spanning three distinct levels.

    • Accommodations: 2 Bedrooms (king and queen)/2 Bathrooms + Sleeping Loft

    • Climate: Multi-zone split A/C and heating systems with independent remotes.

    • Connectivity: Dedicated SVEC Fiber Wi-Fi, stabilized for high-bandwidth remote work.

    • Dual Jacuzzi Tubs: Bathrooms feature deep jacuzzi tubs for a refined soak.

    • The Culinary Suite: A full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, professional finishes, and instant hot water.

    • Entertainment: A television with integrated YouTube TV for seamless streaming.

    • Full-Scale Laundry: In-unit, high-capacity washer and dryer.

    • Atmosphere: A remote-controlled gas fireplace with a 30-second ignition for instant warmth and ambience.

    • Main Level: Open-concept living and dining framed by French doors that lead directly to the farm landscape. This level features a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a high-capacity laundry suite. Step out onto the private back porch to enjoy the wooded acreage and the start of our private trail that winds through the forest toward the bluff.

    • Second Level: A king bedroom with elevated views and its own independent climate-controlled zone. This floor includes a second full bathroom, also featuring a jacuzzi tub.

    • The Loft (Third Floor): An intimate sleeping space tucked into the A-frame peak, offering a unique perspective of the property.

      Note: Access to the loft is via a steep, vertical ladder and may not be suitable for all guests. We recommend this space only for those comfortable with the climb.

    • Rate: $375 per night

    • Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

    • All-Inclusive Transparency: Your rate is fully inclusive of all cleaning fees and the 14.75% sales and occupancy tax.

    • Extended Stays: For those seeking a longer residency on the plateau, please inquire for tailored weekly rates.
